Quinton Hennigh, Ph.D. President and Chief Geologist
Quinton is acknowledged by his peers as one of the most imaginative and visionary gold exploration geologists in the field. Quinton has made significant contributions to Newmont Mining, Newcrest Mining and Homestake Mining. He has experience working throughout North America, in Europe, Australia, Asia and South America. He possesses the invaluable ability to balance the pragmatics of business with bold innovation. Quinton has spent years developing regional concepts for the exploration for buried gold deposits, particularly in Nevada.
Robert Barker, Ph.D Senior Geological Consultant
Bob is a seasoned manager with over 40 years of geological experience. In his most recent position as General Manager, American Exploration for Newcrest Resources, Bob established new exploration companies in North America and South America. He initiated a gold exploration program in Nevada and refocused a pre-existing South American exploration program. Over his career, he has served as Exploration Manager with Newcrest Mining,
Homestake Mining and AMAX, Inc. He will implement Evolving Gold’s acquisition strategy and help manage Evolving’s drill program.
Tom Weis, MSc. Consulting Geophysicist
Tom has been a practicing geophysicist for over 30 years most recently as Chief Geophysicist for Newmont Mining Corporation. Tom is an expert in all aspects of the applicability of geophysical techniques to the exploration for buried gold deposits. Tom’s credentials in his field are unsurpassed and he has had a part in many significant gold discoveries. He has played a critical role in our current field programs, melding geophysics with geological criteria for the orientation of our drilling campaigns.
Patty Rehn, MSc. Geochemist
With over 30 years experience as a geochemist, Patty has focused on the remote detection of precious metals systems in the SW United States, principally Nevada. Patty developed a mercury vapor technique for detecting targets for drilling for gold beneath overburden. She has extensive experience in the field and in the lab. Patty’s earlier clients included Barrick Gold, Newmont Mining Corporation, Echo Bay Mines, and Goldfields. She will apply her skills primarily on our Nevada properties.

C. Jay Hodgson, Ph.D
Jay is one of the most highly respected geologists and teachers of geology in the world. As tenured professor of Economic Geology at Queens University he was mentor to several generations of influential geologists. After leaving Queen’s, Jay became the Chief Geologist, Exploration, for Barrick Gold Corporation, a position which involved his input into the exploration of many major gold deposits world-wide. Jay is the author of over 150 scientific publications and is the recipient of the 1995 Duncan R. Derry Medal, awarded by the Geological Association of Canada for “outstanding contributions to the science of economic geology in Canada.”
Lawrence A. Dick, Ph.D., P.Geo
As Exploration Manager for Chevron Resources in Chile, Larry was Director of Exploration for the Collahuasi Joint Venture that discovered the giant Ujina porphyry copper deposit. He also lead the teams which discovered the Can Can epithermal gold deposit (Chile) and the Golden Bear gold deposit (northern British Columbia). More recently, he recognized the San Jose silver deposit, now being developed by Fortuna Silver Mines Ltd. Larry was also Executive Vice President, Exploration, for General Minerals Corporation discovering copper, silver, gold and other metal prospects in Chile, Peru, Bolivia, China, Russia and other countries.
