Add Evolving Gold (EVG.V = EVOGF in US, EV7 in Germany)

Evolving Gold is actively exploring nine separate gold properties, primarily in known, producing gold trends in the Southwest United States. In total, EVG holds over 36,400 hectares (90k acres) of exploration lands and is the only junior to have an exploration alliance on Carlin Trend Properties. EVG recently completed a C$1 million private placement and has C$23 million in the bank. EVG has solid management. President Quinton Hennigh (Geology PhD) is one of the most imaginative and visionary gold exploration geologists in the field. In past positions, he has made significant contributions to Newmont Mining, Newcrest Mining, and Homestake Mining. Robert Barker (Geology PhD) is Consulting Geologist, a seasoned manager with over 40 years of geological experience. Tom Weis, (Geology MSc) is Consulting Geophysicist, a practicing geophysicist for over 30 years. Most recently he served as Chief Geophysicist for Newmont Mining. EVG has 78.6 million shares outstanding in stock. The share price has returned to its original value, and next will realize greater value from actual discovery at Rattlesnake and elsewhere. Big upside potential exists for actual sizeable properties with near-term development.

Currently, EVG is drilling its Rattlesnake Property in Wyoming, which has had historical drilling with intercepts of up to 148 meters averaging 1.44 gm/T gold and 75 meters grading 1.13 gm/T gold. Management is excited by Rattlesnake and the progress underway, their key property. EVG recently commenced a 7000 metre drill program. EVG owns 100% of the Rattlesnake Hills Diatreme Complex in Wyoming. On the Carlin, EVG has entered into a lease agreement with Newmont Mining Corporation on four prospective gold properties to the north located within the prolific Carlin Gold Trend. EVG is drilling and completing geophysical work at their North Carlin District Properties. EVG has completed first round drilling at the Malone Gold/Silver Project (NM), where it encountered silver grading to 800 gm/T. EVG is continuing its aggressive drilling and acquisition strategy. Rattlesnake Hills results are anticipated in the early autumn.
