Evolving Gold Announces receipt of filing Form 20F with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission |

October 1, 2004, Vancouver, British Columbia: Evolving Gold Corporation (CNQ: GOLD) announces the receipt of filing a Form 20F with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The Form 20F is the first step in enabling the company to becoming a foreign issuer on the OTCBB. Registration statements relating to these securities have been filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission but have not yet become effective.
